TRANSPORT OPTIONS

Guests staying at The DLD can easily rely on taxis to explore Puerto Morelos, and even nearby surroundings like cenotes and other excursions. There is also the option to hire them for the day and explore neighbouring towns like Cancun or Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and the different Mayan Ruin parks.

TAXI SERVICE: Call or send a whats-app message to the taxi dispatch number and request a pick up by sharing your location’s address, and/or map pin when possible.

CAR RENTAL: Recommended for guests who want to explore the Mayan Riviera and prefer to drive.

• Airport Car Rentals: Rent from one of the known airport car rental companies (reservation is recommended). This means you will go directly from the airport to your car rental, in a shuttle provided from the car rental company.

  PRIVATE DRIVER: Recommended for guests who want to be picked up directly at the airport and taken to the lodge. These services can also be hired for private excursions, or other drives needed in the area.
