RESERVATION POLICY

To reserve dates on our lodge calendar, we ask future guests for a 30% non-refundable deposit (or equal amount of nights). For 2 night stays we will charge you a 1 night deposit (50%). For 1 night stays the whole amount is due (100%). The remaining balance is paid 2 months before the arrival date. If the reservation is less than 2 months away, the full amount will be due to reserve dates.

For example: a 10 night stay would pay 3 night deposit, and 7 nights two months before the arrival date.

EARLY CANCELLATIONS: We allow guests with reservations more than 2 months away, to request a change of dates with no penalty fee. Additional fees may apply depending on the new dates chosen. If dates are not known, you may request a lodge credit for 75% of your original payment (with 1 year expiration date).

LATE CANCELLATIONS: Reservations that are less than 2 months away from the arrival date, are entitled to a lodge credit worth 50% of the original payment (with 1 year expiration date).
