PET FRIENDLY GUIDELINES
We are pleased that you are interested in staying with us and bringing your bestie along. They will love the openness of the property, interesting things to smell, and a closeness to nature you will be able to share together. As a reminder, Puerto Morelos beaches are not dog-friendly, this means you are not allowed to take your dog to the beach (sigh!). People discovered breaking this rule could receive a fine by the local authorities. Luckily, most Puerto Morelos restaurants are dog-friendly so you can take your dog out to enjoy meals together, and take a stroll with your pup on the Puerto Morelos streets (don’t forget to wear a leash).
Flat fee of MX$900.00/per week added to your reservation payment.
We provide a comfy doggie bed + a water/food bowl
Please keep your dog on a leash anytime you are outside.
Your dog cannot be left alone or unattended inside the rooms.
Dogs are not allowed in the beach club area without a service-tag, please use the beach areas inside the property.
Your dog must be friendly with other people/dogs, social and adept to being in public areas.
They must have no barking issues that will disturb others. Dogs that are causing a serious disturbance will be asked to leave.
Must be potty trained (outside trained). You are responsible for collecting and disposing in an effective way, and making sure your dog doesn’t pee on exterior furniture or building walls.
Must have a certified medical checkup (needed for travel) and not present any medical conditions.
